Bored?

Ever think to yourself "what is there to do today?" and you come up with nada? Want to know what's good for adults, for kids, to do on a rainy day? My friends and I regularly are faced with this problem, so my friend Lindsey and I are on a quest.

Our quest is going to lead us to events in and around Columbia. We are going to try things we never would have tried before, use Lindsey's kids as guinea pigs to see if some activities kids would enjoy, and hopefully have a really fun summer!

Some activities on our calendar so far: Kite Flying Day, free movies in the park, a Pirate Festival, possibly horseback riding, skating, bonfires, camping, and lots lots more!

First on our agenda is Twestival tomorrow night. It's benefitting the Friends of Boone County Family Resources. It's at Orr Street Studios from 6pm-9pm. Here is the website if you'd like more information in the meantime: http://columbia.twestival.com/
